Albums, and concerts, and fans, oh my!

Catifornia-The newest band, the ClarinetCats, have just released their first album. Cats and kittens are buying it faster than you can say "b flat". These 5 young cats all play different clarinets, which music-crazy cats seem to be strangely attracted to. Their most popular song, "Diamond in the Rough", has gotten even foreign cats screaming. I interviewed 15-year-old Sarah Shorthair, who claims she is the Cats #1 fan. She said, "The ClarinetCats are like, so totally AWESOME! I love them."
"Ever since we started playing in concerts," said band member Benny Bass, "all any cat in the country has ever done is come to our concerts, or watch our stuff on TV. It seems like we're way more popular then the Jonas Brothers. Kidding, they're awesome."
Here's some info about the group:
Benny Bass plays the Bass B-flat, which has a long bell and curved neck.
Carry Colate plays the Contra Bass B-flat, which is straight and is 6 feet.
Kitty Katt plays the Soprano E-flat, which is called the baby clarinet.
And the siblings, Jane and John Jekky, play the B-flat clarinet, which is the most common clarinet.
The five cats met in 5th grade, and finding out that they all played the clarinet, they agreed to practice together and then make a band. Hopefully. And their practice made perfect.
You can buy the album at any music store, or you can download it online. You can also watch their performances on YouTube.

Tree Falls On Mayor Of Pupsville, Dogsylvania!
January 9, 2009
Local News Reporter
On Wednesday, January 7, a tree smashed the car that belongs to Mayor Beagledoot. It was snowing, and Mayor Beagledoot was driving to work. On K-9 Road there was a tree branch, which was covered in snow. Right when Mayor Beagledoot drove under it, the branch broke off. "The branch broke off because the snow was too heavy, I suppose," said the Mayor, "but it was quite scary. I almost jumped out of my fur!"
A woman named Agnes Poogle, was the first to notice this. Seeing that the Mayor's car was smashed, she dialed 911. "When I drove by, said Ms. Poogle, "I did not know what to do. Then I realized he could be hurt, and I called the paramedics." The paramedics came as soon as they could. They lifted him into an ambulance and drove away.
The Mayor was taken to the hospital, to get checked out. Luckily, he was okay and returned to his office yesterday. "We're all glad that the Mayor is safe," said a doctor, "Otherwise, who would run our town?"
