China- A panda named Rose McGee sold her  100 year old mansion today for $375,000. McGee was tired of her mansion, because she could not afford to fix the mansion. She did not have the money because the mortgage for the mansion was expensive. She also did not want to live in a mansion with cobwebs throughout it, so McGee decided it was time to sell her mansion. Lucky for McGee, her trustworthy realtor Amy Campbell ( panda ) helped her sell her house successfully. She accepted a bid made by Sarah Adams ( panda ) for $375,000. The mansion includes 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a kitchen, a grand room, a living room, a ball room, and a dining room. This 100 year old mansion was built in 1909. It sits on 5 huge acres of land. It has a huge maple tree in its front yard. The mansion is located on 12 Dragon St., in China. It is across from the new orphanage and soup kitchen.

McGee and Adams, along with McGee's realtor Amy Campbell had a discussion. Finally, after the discussion was held , McGee sold her house to Sarah Adams.  " I can't believe it happened so quickly!" says McGee. McGee moved out of the mansion, and moved into a brand new house. She was excited she had finally moved.

Adams, a very wealthy panda plans to renovate her mansion. Adams gets all this money from her parents, who are famous movie stars.  She plans to tear down cobwebs, buy new windows to replace the shattered ones, and paint the whole mansion with a fresh code of paint. She will upgrade all the kitchen appliances, buy new wood floors and carpeting, and scrub the place clean.  These renovations are estimated to take about four months of work. It should be well worth the time.

Headline News Reporter

China- A wealthy panda named Yin-Yang Lu has just opened a new orphanage, and a soup kitchen. Lu is very wealthy because he is a very famous lawyer. Thirty-five year old Yin-Yang Lu grew up as an orphan himself, so he decided to give back to the community.  The orphanage and soup kitchen are staffed by Lu's orphan friends.  The staff is very courteous and kind to every panda there ( ex. help pandas when injured, welcome new orphan pandas ). Every panda is welcome at this orphanage, and surely will find a new friend here.

The orphanage includes : bedrooms, bathrooms, a cafeteria, a playground, and some classrooms.  " My favorite part of the orphanage is the playground." says 5-year-old Lily Chang ( orphan panda ).  The cafeteria food includes : won-ton soup, egg rolls, chow mien, noodles, water and milk.  This menu is also included on the soup kitchen menu.   The food is delicious, believe me I tried it myself. The soup kitchen is opened to the public, Monday through Friday.  This soup kitchen works in a orderly fashion.  First, you choose your tray.  Next, you get to choose what foods you would like to eat from the menu . Finally you choose your drink.

When you visit the orphanage you can take a tour. The staff will show you everything that happens in the orphanage also.  Adoptions are available for any panda there.  The orphanage is open for adoptions, and /or tours, Monday through Friday, the hours being: 10:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. All the pandas are taught math, spelling, science, history, and of course important life lessons like tell the truth, treat pandas how you want to be treated, and many others.   The orphanage and soup kitchen are located on 149 Dragon St. in China.  If you visit the orphanage you are surely going to be impressed.
